Michigan EV Supply Chain Retooling Support
Eligible applicants must be domestic entities located in Michigan that currently manufacture products, components, or materials for internal combustion vehicles.
Applicants must have fewer than 1,500 employees or operate a facility with 500 or fewer employees at the project site, and projected awards are expected to range from $500,000 to $2,000,000.

Michigan Conversion Project Funding Structure
Grants are reimbursement-based, and applicants must show they can provide matching funds equal to 50% of total eligible project costs.
Projects started before grant approval are not eligible, and awarded projects must be fully completed with final reimbursement requests submitted by December 31, 2029.
